Replacing missing teeth
Dental Implants
A dental implant is a titanium support placed in the jaw bone. It acts like a replacement root and can hold a crown, bridge or denture—but it is only one of several ways to replace missing teeth.

Plan in 3D
When clinically needed, Smart Plus CBCT provides a 3D view of the bone, nearby teeth, nerves and sinuses. We combine this with a mouth examination and digital scan to see whether an implant is suitable and where it could be placed safely.
Replace the root, then the tooth
The implant is placed in the bone and usually allowed to heal before the final crown, bridge or denture is attached. Timing varies with bone quality, healing and whether grafting is needed. We explain the stages, alternatives, costs and material risks before treatment.
Clean and review it
An implant cannot decay, but the gum and bone around it can become inflamed. Daily cleaning and professional reviews are essential. We check the gums, bite, screws and crown because these parts can wear, loosen or need maintenance over time.
